The participation in the competition of Virtex Entertainment Limited based in 71-75 Shelton Street,WC2H 9JQ London hereinafter referred to as operator or organiser, is free and only based on these terms of participation.
The duration of the competition extends over the period stated in the initial competition post published on the respective social media platforms. During this period participants have the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
The instructions to participate in the giveaway will be stipulated in the initial competition social post. Participants will need to have a social account on the platform on which the competition has been posted, and will have to follow all of the steps as instructed on the giveaway post.
Participation is only possible within the participation period stated in the initial competition post. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
The participant can only participate with a single social media profile on the designated platform where the giveaway is posted. It is strictly forbidden to use multiple email addresses or multiple profiles to increase the chances of winning. Participation in the competition is free.
Eligible participants are natural persons who have reached the age of 16 years. This may change due to special partnered giveaways with other requirements. In this respect, the instructions in the context of the first competition post are to be taken into account. Country-specific laws are to be observed. The Participation is not limited to customers of the organiser and the purchase of a good or service is not necessary.
Should a participant be restricted in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.
Not eligible to participate in the competition are all persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition and employees of the organiser and their family members. In addition, the operator reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are valid reasons, for example (a) manipulation through having direct access to the competition or manipulation of the procedure of the competition , (b) a breach of these terms of participation, (c) unfair behaviour or (d) providing of false or misleading information in connection with the participation in the competition.
Only participants living in the following geographical locations are eligible for the giveaway competition: EU / UK / North America / Canada.
The distributed prize is described within the initial competition post, published on the respective social media platforms.
The winner(s) will be determined after the closing date of the competition as part of a “drawing lots”.
The winner(s) of the competition will be informed about the win contemporary via direct messages through the social platform on which the giveaway was posted.
The delivery of the prize will be made exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the winner if they are a minor. An exchange, a pickup or a cash payment of the prize is not possible.
Any costs incurred for the delivery of the prize are covered by the organiser. Any additional costs associated with the claiming of the prize shall be borne by the winner(s). The winner(s) are responsible for any possible taxation of the prize.
Prizes are subject to availability. The organiser reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of equal or greater value (e.g. in the event the original prize becomes unavailable).
If a winner does not respond to any of the organiser’s messages within three weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant at the organiser’s sole discretion.
Subject to applicable law, the organiser expressly reserves the right to modify or terminate the competition at its sole discretion without prior announcement and without providing any reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt a planned procedure of the competition or would prevent it from doing so.
For the participation in the competition the provision of personal data is necessary. The participant confirms, that any information provided about his person, such as first, last name and email address are true and correct.
The organiser points out that no personal data of the participant will be passed on to third parties without their consent, nor will it be made available for use by third parties provided that in case of competitions with sponsors, the personal data of the participant may be passed on to these sponsors solely for the purposes of the competition.
In the event of winning, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and town and country of residence in the advertising media used by the organiser. This includes the announcement of the winner on the operator’s website and social media platforms.
The participant can revoke his declared consent at any time. The revocation must be submitted in writing to the operator (info@virtexstadium.com). After revoking the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
Subject to the above, the privacy policy available here shall apply to the competition.
Subject to applicable law, the organiser, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the organiser, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Statutory rights are not affected. In particular, the organiser shall not be liable for any shipping delays or damage caused to any physical prize as a result of transit.
Except where required by law and regulation, all prizes are awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
